With over 20 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, Rachel is the backbone of our salon. Having previously honed her skills within a large prestigious salon group, she brings an abundance of expertise in managing high performance teams and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Rachel is the one who keeps everything ticking over smoothly. She balances the busy energy of the team with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring that every single client visit is flawless from start to finish. 

 

While she’s a pro at the logistics, her real passion lies with our community. Rachel is at her happiest chatting with our regular clients – she makes it her mission to ensure everyone feels like part of the family the moment they walk through the door.

 

When she isn’t keeping the salon in tip-top shape, Rachel is usually embracing the outdoors. A true equestrian at heart, she loves nothing more than heading to the stables for a ride to unwind. When she’s not in the saddle, you’ll likely find her on the sidelines of a pitch, fully embracing her role as a dedicated “football mum” and cheering on her son.
